Superb Stay!
neat place air conditioning kind staff
The guesthouse was beautifully neat. Air conditioning was available for hot days. Tea, coffee, and pastries were available in the mornings. The staff provided kindness and help.
I had to walk down the hall to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Really good Experience
mineral water luggage storage large kitchen helpful staff
The staff provided mineral water and tea in the kitchen. I used luggage storage before check-in and after check-out it was convenient. I had access to a large kitchen that included tables, coffee, and tea. The personnel were very helpful I found them very nice.
The floor made noise therefore I heard neighbors through the walls. This was only a minor issue.

The staff was available and ready to assist with any inquiries. They offered small courtesies such as juice and pastries each morning. They also provided a convenient luggage storage service that was very useful to me.

The room had daily cleaning I found this amazing. The area remained fairly quiet during the night. I found the location near Bairro Alto and Chiado great. I easily reached nearby neighborhoods by walking.

The location allowed easy access to water and the old town within walking distance. Public transport like the metro, train, and tram were also close. The hotel wasn't directly in the center I found it quiet and calm.

poop smell old pipes
The building reeked. It looked the old pipes and preference for trash cans instead of flushing toilet paper created a poop smell. I didn't enjoy that odor.

The room was cleaned daily. The staff provided complimentary tea and juice. The location was convenient with a safe surrounding neighborhood.
The walls were thin so I heard noise from other rooms.

excellent stay
helpful staff good location
the staff was helpful and friendly i liked that the rooms and toilets were very clean. the guesthouse smelled nice and it was very clean i also appreciated the good location close to many bars and clubs.
i found the noise insulation to be an issue when people walked in the corridors it was very loud. also when people get in or out of the main entrance door they slam it making it super loud.

there was no included breakfast service however the guesthouse provided simple bread and juice each morning. the guesthouse offers warm water coffee and tea bags available 24 hours a day.

the shared bathrooms included toiletries and free towels . the guesthouse allows guests to leave bags in storage before and after arrival. the building felt safe and secure perfect for solo female travellers.

the location allows easy walks to various parts of the city. the guesthouse is close to downtown allowing for convenient walking access. many coffee shops and restaurants surround the hotel offering many options.
